Why my account has been suspended?

    Hello Support,

    I have the username "btcpp" .

    " Due to terms of use violation your account has been suspended.It is suspected to be used for phishing"

    This is the message i'm getting when trying to login into my account.I believe this is mistake, i do not use the forms i created for phishing, where this idea came from?

    I am not involved in phishing or in any illegal activity , i simply run an exchange website and i do not collect any information from the users to use it in a illegal way.

    Please take a look at my account and kindly allow me to use it again.

    "Phishing You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately"

    This is what your Terms state...you wont find in the forms i created any of the above.

    I know i used your services as a free user and without being rude i believe that suspending my account like that out of the blue for phishing ( wich is clearly not the case ) is an abuse from your part.Please reconsider.

    Your account has been suspended because you have used the form to collect the details for bitiply service.

    As this is illegal and (based on BitCoin blacklists) is a bad service your account was properly suspended.

    Since it seems that your other forms are more OK than not and that you had deleted the form that was associated with the bad service, I did re-activate your account, but if there are any further activities please do note that we have the right to suspend the account and delete everything in it as per our terms and without any notification.

    my jotform user name is lukepickering, i  have been suspended and i do not know why i am using jotform to help me complete my college coursework of building a website. the deadline is in a week and it would help me greatly if you could quickly allow me access to my account

    Hi 

    Mi user is: remotelabjot

    I was creating a Credit Card Form (because I did not read the pishing policy) and my account has been disable

    Please I would need my account be reactivated  

    I won't use that form (i'll delete as soon is reactivated)

    question:

    How can I reactivate my account

    Hi Ariel,

    Only we can activate account.

    To do so, everyone should open their own thread instead of posting on the old thread of someone else.

    Once you do, we will be happy to assist everyone in providing the reason why their accounts got suspended and un-suspend them if that should be done.
