I have created a sample "Thank You Page" for one of my test form however JotForm places white spacing between the tables.  This is not in my code and it wont let me remove it with CSS or 0 border code.  Please help as it breaks up my images.  Is this something hardcoded in the background by Jotform?

The URL to the form below will take you to the Thank you page when you hit submit, that is the page I am referring to and see the lines between the images which is not in my code. (Screenshot attached)

    Hi,

I checked the thank you page for your form and it looks like the lines are being added by a table added to the page:

There is no boarder set in your code or cell spacing/padding so I am unsure as to why the lines are showing.  I will look into this a bit more and update you as soon as I find anything.

Yes, that table gets added in by Jotform, it is not in the code I past in there.

    Hi,

As per further checking, it seems that there is a border spacing css property that is being inherited in the table for the Thank You page.

I tried to overwrite the css property but it does not work. As a workaround, you may want to create the image as html instead of adding img tag to the table specially to the part where the lines are most visible.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

    Hello,
Thanks for getting back on this, I am confused by what you mean when you say, “As a workaround, you may want to create the image as html instead of adding img tag to the table specially to the part where the lines are most visible.
How do you create an image as HTML instead of the image tag?

Though I am not 100% sure what he was referring to, using a single image instead of several images in a table would likely resolve the issue.  If you have a complete image that would stretch across the whole area, I would recommend using that instead.  I was also unable to remove the lines caused by the table.

Yea the only problem with that is because I need dynamic {TrackingID} in that section and if I had once single image that would not work. Anyways thanks for looking into it, would be nice to add the capability in the near future for the user to be able to modify the css code in the thank you section.

You can indeed edit the source of the thank you page:

Clicking on the edit "Source Code" button while editing your thank you page will allow you to do so.  However, I believe the issue lies in the way your table is displayed not translating properly to the thank you page.  So far, I have been unable to remove the lines added by the table.  I am not sure which portion of your code is causing this.

It’s not my code causing this, it’s your code on the back end. I have figured out a different design that does not have tables breaking up images so you can disregard this request. I would suggest looking into this on your end if possible to allow the change to hide the borders of tables.

You are correct, it looks like the tables in the thank you page were indeed designed to work as separators.  Even when merging cells there is still whitespace.  Separating a single image into table sections will not work the way your are trying.
