I want the receiver of the form to be able to open the form, maybe submit the form back to the original requester with a date range of availability that matches the request by the requester.

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. Do you want the form submitter to receive a copy of the submission? I see that you have a conditional autoresponder, you can simply enter the email field variable on the condition so the user will receive a copy of the submission.

You can also create multiple autoresponders, delete or add information that are not relevant to them and apply a condition to each of them.

Let us know if I have misunderstood your question. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. What I am looking to do is look at the form that was sent to me and somehow open the form in an edit mode add a date that can then be sent back to the sender.

    Hi,

I think this guide could help you :

    http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

The user will recieve an email with the link to the Form and the submitted data , the user will be able to edit the data and send again the Form.

    Thanks.

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the reply, but that's not what I'm looking for, what I am looking for is for me, the receiver of the submitted form to review the form and then add to the form that I receive an acknowledged date that the original sender can see that I replied with a date that I accepted. In my form a user is requesting my assistance and they are selecting a couple of dates for my availability, I'm trying to send a reply with an acknowledge date back to them, just not through email.

    Hi,

If I can understand , you want to add a the Date where you recieve and approve the submission , I think the only way to do it , is adding a date field , and add a hover text indicating to do not fill this field , you will have to add the edit link in the notification or auto responder as explained above,  when you recieve the notification of the submission you can review it and then fill that date field sending it again, the user will recieve the email with the new submission and then he/she will know the data is reviewed and approved.

You should add the field as the image below :

    I hope that helps.
