Unable to Navigate to differnt Form Tabs of the Form

when viewing one of my recently completed forms, more often than not- I am unable to navigate through the different tabs of the form.  When I click on the tabs, nothing happens.  This has occurred more often than I am comfortable with.  Also- there is an error message that shows up at the bottom of my form (see screenshot)

Have you solved this? I just loaded your form and I was able to navigate through the tabs:
