First Completed forms has decreased.
Are you pertaining to the saved forms on your account? I'm sorry, but can you explain further in what way your forms are decreased? Do you have saved forms on your account that went missing? You might have accidentally deleted some of your forms. Follow the instruction on this guide in order for you to restore them: How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms
If this is not what you mean, kindly give us more details, please?
