    If I understood your question correctly, you don't receive email from customers.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.

    Your email address, dkalepi@yahoo.com is NOT in 
our bounce list.

     

     

    I've also checked your Mail Logs. It seems [2015-11-11 19:55:47] Submission #323098947401977491 Form #52425855434155 SENT to dkalepi@yahoo.com from noreply@jotform.com via AMAZONSES

     

     

    Please, check the guide below also:

    Could you please check your spam, trash and bulk folders? If you find them there, please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.

    Moreover, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):

    I just put the new form up last night at about 5:00pm and sent myself a test message. I got it about 45 minutes later and got worried so I sent you an email. The problem seems to have resolved itself. Sorry for the trouble

    Glad to hear things are working once again.  I have had a few users recently using Yahoo email addresses state that their notifications were quite delayed as well.  It may be something with Yahoo, though when I tested my Yahoo address, the notifications were still nearly instant.
