Hi,
I checked through the forum for an answer to this and gave up.
The reply to submission works great. We can specify the reply-from email address, however not the displayed sender name. Right now it's showing my first name as the sender, not sure where it's pulling this data so I can update it accordingly. Your help would be much appreciated!

Hi there,
To set the sender name correctly, you need to change your current "Notification"'s "Sender Name" as a field that asking user's name.
On the following example, the field which asks name information is called "Name", so I set it as a "Sender Name":
