How can I fix a problem with editing a form?

Hello Jotform,

A client made a submission into IDTA's Marketing Material Review form.

Completed it correctly in total & submitted it.  We could see all the entries made correctly.

Then when we edited it, the entry to  Q2.4 ( the widget question ) was missing.

Therefore we were unable to complete the Office Only Section & re-submit without manually re-entering the clients answer to Q2.4.

Can you fix this?

Hello Lisa,

I checked a sample submission using a cloned copy of your form it appears when you try to edit the submissions the location field is not automatically populated with the previously entered value.

AS a workaround you can add a second text-field that will take the value from the location widget and populate it to the text-field, you will then make this text-field mandatory and read-only so that the user will be required to type location in the normal field to allow population of the second input.
