How to Set a Series of Conditions with Respect to the User's Choice?

    hello,

    I need to create a condition that would to this:

    On my form , 

    if a franchise tick the box " PSE PSI" and  choose the franchise n° 100,its account number would appear in a new box

    How is it possible to do this with jot form?

    exemple, 

    if franchise n°100 which account number is 123456789, tick the box pse/psi , then a new field appear on the form with the account number 12456789

    I hope I 'm clear enough

    I would like the same witjh the email adress

    depending on a emal adresse, the jotform would display the correct franchise number .

    Hi there,

    To make this scenario real, you need to use Conditional Logic on your form. "Update a Form Field Value" condition set the other field's value same with the "franchise n°100" value and check the "pse/psi" check box. "Show/Hide a Field" is shows the fields "franchise n°100", "pse/psi" when the "franchise n°100" value is entered correctly.

    hello, I come back on this need

    In fact,  I have   

    I would like that when the personne select its franchise number, that automatically its email and phone number 

    I don't know how to do it easyly, because if I have 100 potential user, I cannot do 100 conditions
