    I received an empty email

    I received an empty email:

    Can you please explain what this can mean?

    I've tried searching the email history log and I'm not able to see any emails sent to this email addresses. Probably this email is related to something with your account information. I'm not sure if this email has been sent in error. Do you see any subject line on the email received? If you can provide us with more information about the email, we'll take a look and see what best we can do for you.

    Thanks for responding. I sent you a printscreen in whitch you can see the
    information about the empty email that was apperently sent by Jotform.

    Unfortunately, our support forum cannot accept an inline image attachment. You can upload it in this thread by following the steps here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033.

    As for the issue, I think that is an email from the support forum and is not related to your forms.

    Hi Welin,
    The image is just a print screen of what I also sent you in my previous
    email.
    But okay, if it is not possible to sent a PDF in an email to you, I respect
    this, but I think it is rather strange.
    I think I better forget the issue. This is going to take to much time due
    to silly issues as not be able to sent a PDF by email. I hope you are able
    to drive a car without burning wood instead of using patrol.

    Of course, you can send it through email. Send it to support@jotform.com so we can take a look at it. But still, based on the email headers, I think that is from our support forum and not from your forms.

    Thank you. But I still can't find this particular email from our system logs. Would you mind getting the full header of the email? Please send it to the same email at support@jotform.com.

    The printscreen I sent you, contains all the information I have. So I would
    sent more information, but I have no more.
    Maybe we better stop now, since it seems not possible to explain the
    arrival of your empty email and it also seems that it is not happening
    again.
    Anyhow, I really don't know what to do more. I received an empty email
    from. I red from other people that they also received empty email from
    Jotform. And Jotform as the sender can not explain it. Neighter can I as
    the receiver.

    We have got an update from our backend team that we have been sending emails to EU users about EU safe forms after invalidating EU Safe Harbor framework. Since we are sending these emails in batches and some emails in one of the batches got effected with this issue and sent out an empty email. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
