I have several forms that I can no longer access. I can "view submissions" for the forms but all I see are the IP address, submission date and only one of my fields. All the other fields are appearing empty, but in reality, were once filled out. This seems to be the case for all forms that are not currently active. I would like to be able to access this data again but cannot figure out how to get it back. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We had a database migration recently which may have caused this issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. I've now synchronized the old database with your account and the form submissions are now restored. Please verify the form submissions and let us know if you need any further assistance.
