we are creating a registration database for a sports league. we have built in the paypal payment link to collect registration fees. one player clicked out of the paypal link and is now recorded in the "incomplete payment" section. however, she went back and completed registration and payment and is now showing up in both. is there a way for jotform to remove duplicates like this from the incomplete section automatically? thanks very much for the help.Page URL:

No, this has to be done manually.
If we automatically removed duplicates, it means people who allowed their payment forms to be used repeatedly to say order T-Shirts, removing duplicate entires, by matching email address (or any other field) just wouldnt work for them.
Yours is a relatively specialised case, i.e some kind of event registration form, where removing duplicates from the 'incomplete payments' I can understand being a useful feature.
I can, however, submit a ticket and ask for our developers to consider adding the functionality you desribe as a feature, I just want to understand its unlikely to be given a high priorty.

Thanks for your answer, I maybe didn't make it clear though- it's the actual form text and images which have disappeared and not any of the submissions. I logged in and went to edit my payments page, went off the page and all the images and text I had on the page are gone- the form fields are still there but none of the other bits I added (some text and images). I'm convinced I didn't do anything to the form but it's just got the fields in it now.

It seems something must have got muddled up in the emailing of forum responses to the correct recipients. Do you have another forum query open? Can you point me in the direction of it please as my response here was intended for nycgblw
