I am having a lack of response to a support issue I posted, and I was wondering if there is any way to contact Jotform via e-mail?

I can see for free users only offering forum support, but considering I've had to upgrade my account, and it looks like I will have to upgrade again to the Pro account, it seems like I should be able to get quicker support?

You are welcome to email us at jotformspport [at] gmail [dot] com, but you will typically get a quicker response via the forum.
I am aware of your other query, but unfortnately it is hard for JotForm Support staff currently on duty to test and try to find solutions for as we dont have access to an iPhone.
I just ask you to be patience and I apologise for the wait; it will be dealt with as soon as I can find someone to help me with it.

Alright, I'll be patient.
I will post a screenshot of the issue on the IOS browser although I don't know how much that will help you out.
