Logging into Account

    I am unable to login to the account that I have with you.  A former employee created the account and I don't know how to get into the account.  My credit card is being billed.  I would like to see what I am getting from your service to know whether to pass the account to another employee or cancel.  Thank you.

    I have the credit card info but do not know the login or password to get into the account.  Feel free to call me to get the information I have available so I can see my account.

    Hi Blake,

    I'm sorry to say but we don't have phone support. In order to find your account, we need a form-id or your username. Can you please share the url of your website where your form is currently embedded? If i may ask, is it possible to ask your former employee? Maybe, he still has the username and password.
