Payed for 1 year suscription but says free

    i already payed for 1 year suscription for 1000 queries per month but my account still says free

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Have you tried clearing/deleting your browser cache and cookies? If not? please give a try. Logout then erase browsing cache and cookies then log back in.
