We have confirmed the issue with submission entries which are not showing properly for your account, and now it has been escalated to our Backend Team.

I am sorry for possible misunderstanding here. Since your forms have been moved to the EU region, you need to use the next domain in order to view the data.
If the data is there in encrypted format, it usually means that you use incorrect Private Key. If this is still the case, please let us know.
