How can i include the question the data refers to when being notified of a recipients answer selected from the drop down?

    The email is only showing 
    I only want the question to show if an answer is filled out

    The ability to exclude empty fields in the email is available only for the default email notification which has not been modified.

    You can enable it under the form preferences settings
