Submit button to send email to recipient selected on form

Is it possible to nominate the recipient of the email submission on the form? I have created a dropdown box for a list of managers who can approve a request. Depending on which manager is chosen, the form needs to be sent directly to that manager.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can add condition in your form to send submission email to specific email address based on the selection of dropdown question.
