We had problems before with our form saving of which still is a problem now we seem to be unable to upload to our site the form keeps showing an error and we are getting upset. We were looking at purchasing of a monthly subscription and have made plans to start in or around December 2015 or January 2016, but until these issues are fix and we can see these not becoming a constant problem we cant in good faith put down a monthly commitment. We have been set back by your software glitches and have had to resort to using our back up google drive account as a means to keep our business moving. To Say inconvenience is an understatement.

I have tried to also use it on serif webplus 6x which we only test viewed and did not publish it showed a sad face and a box where the data would have been.Page URL:

Where you able to view the form using its direct URL? This https://form.jotform.com/32167054644150? If yes, then the issue might be on the way how the form is embedded.
For iframe embed, you should use our iframe embed method instead of using a standard iframe tag. Here's how to use our iframe embed: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
I would also suggest publishing the page after placing the embed codes instead of viewing it locally.
