I'm over my quota...

I have only 21 submissions as there is a limit as to how many I can have. I am using jot form for my HSC Major Design Project for Design and Technology and would not have used it had I known this would be an issue. If I pay the $19 a month will I be able to access the other submissions..and can I get out of this membership after the month expires? Is there an easier way to change my setting or what not. I would really appreciate your help, as this is an urgent matter. My jot form URL is https://form.jotform.co/cpatterson/mdp-survey

    Thanks

I think you were using a guest account that time. Guest account is limited to 20 submissions per month only. You have just registered and there are no limit settings enabled in the form so the form should work now. Free accounts are limited to 100 submissions per month. If you need more, we suggest upgrading your account to the next tier.

If I pay the $19 a month will I be able to access the other submissions....

You should still be able to access the form submissions even if you're limited. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.

...and can I get out of this membership after the month expires?

Yes, you can. If you need to, you can cancel it by going to your Account - Billing page: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing. We can also do it to our end.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks
