When I preview my form on JotForm, it looks clean and lined up perfectly but the form itself on my site is a jumbled mess. I tried both the source code and iFrame embedding options and they both look the same. Help!

This glitch I'm finding in IExplorer; it appears OK in Chrome.

You probably have the fields minimized, just enlarge them by clicking the properties on the form field. That should help!

But the fields are being moved, not just up one line but several lines up. And I want some minimized so they're next to each other. This also wouldn't explain why Chrome displays it like the JotForm preview but IE is making it screwy. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Which version of IE?
As it does look fine in IE9:

I have IE 9.0.8
My screenshot does not look like yours though. You can see in mine that some of the fields are out of place unlike what yours shows.

The plot thickens.
Can you send that screenshot to jotformsupport [at] gmail [dot] com (marking the subject with the title of the thread) or attach it to the forum thread directly as we are unable to see attachments when you use them when responding to forum post via email.

I have added the screenshot to your forum post.
It is very odd that the form looks so different on the same version of the same browser.
Can I ask you to try cloning the form and embedding the cloned form onto your website? just to try and rule out some kind of synching issue with a proxy server or something similar.
I can't think of many other reasons why this would be happening.

A clone helped with some but I had to go with a long form because if I tried to merge fields on lines, it started to get screwy again. I was hoping to not have such a long, scrolling page...oh well, at least it looks better than it was! Thanks for your help.
