Issue with Form Saving Data

We have set up a form that has been working pretty well, however recently we have a few issues regarding the form saving the data.  In other words, when some completes a portion of the form and goes back into their link, the data is no longer available.  

Since we are not sure where the virtual forms are being stored, we are wondering if this can be troubleshooted or if you can advise how to resolve such issues.

I just reviewed your form, 51135050654143, and noticed that your last submission 2015-11-09 19:40:00. I also verified your email notification sends. It seems that the last one send out corresponds to this submissions.
