I have been trying to use the Test Email feature in the Emails section. Each time I press the button it displays a box to tell me that the test email has been sent to vincentc@adea.org but it never arrives. I have checked my spam box and it isn't there either.

I have just verified your email. It seems that it is not in our bounce list. If you verified you email history you will notice that emails have been sent to your email address.
If you are still not able to receive, you may need to verify with your email provider and ask them to add our IP addresses to there whitelist, Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
