How can I change language on the "upload file" option

I want to make a form in english, but when i insert a "upload file field" it cames in my language (portuguese). How can i change it?

Please do note that the upload field is actually showing you the text of your browser - since the single upload field is the browser default field.

What this means is that for you it will be shown in Portuguese, while for me it would be shown in English, etc - basically it is shown in the browser local language.

Now, if you wish to be able to set it up as the language of your form, you should switch your form upload field to the multi upload field instead.

This would allow you to only have the Submit button shown instead.
