Where is my form?Asked by Baxter on November 13, 2015 at 04:03 PM
I made the mistake of creating a form without creating an account. I am still receiving responses for people filling out the form and I can still access the form externally, but when I go to the jotform website, I can't find it to edit it, etc. Do I have to start from scratch if I want to make changes or can I find and edit the form I've already created?
FYI: the form I'm referring to is https://form.jotform.com/52845350830252
I checked the jotform http://www.jotform.ca/form/52845350830252 and I found that it was under a Guest account only. Meaning you might have created it while not logged in to your jotform registered account/username bbullock
If you like we can transfer the form to your official account bbullock so that the form and its submission data will be on your account
Just let us know if we can proceed.
That would be perfect! Thank you! :)
