data base matching

Hi,

Is jotform able to match a data base to be included for these forms.

I have a list of 20 names to be particiating in this survey.

We would like to ensure that only these 20 people will be able to do the survey. 

Hence, we would like to input their names and some idenitification number together in the form before they come start completing the survey.

Please let us know if this is possible.

You can't really link your form directly to your database information. To accomplish this you would need to get the source code of the form and edit it the way you would like.

What you could do is create a text field with conditions. If the user enter the correct name or identifier, the fields will be enabled or appear. If the user does not enter the correct information, the fields would remain disabled or hidden.
