    Previously viewed folder in the MyForms page are being remembered even after logout or clicking MyForms from the navigation menu

    I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Are you still experiencing the exact same issue as the one on the previous thread? One of our developers,alp_deniz, replied on that thread that it was already resolved. However, since you have mentioned that you're still having an issue with the MyForms page, can you let us know which issue(s) from the list of problems my colleague, Charlie, provided on the previous thread are you experiencing?

    Problem 1: When navigating back to "My Forms" (the one besides the "Templates" menu), it will open the previously viewed folder

    Problem 2: When you navigate back to "My Forms" (the one besides the "Templates" menu) and log out from your account then you log back in it will open the previously viewed folder.

    Problem 3: When you navigate back to "My Forms" (the one above the folders) and create a form there, that form will be added in the previously viewed folder

    Hi Mike, I am experiencing Problems 1 and 2, and a slight variation on Problem 3 -- When using the My Forms link (the one above the folders) the behavior is the same as in Problem 1, it will open the previously viewed folder.

    I have logged out, cleared cache and cookies, but the behavior still persists. I am using the latest version of Mac OS and Chrome.

    Hello,

    I have just made a change. Could you please let me know if it is fine at your end?

    About the last-folder feature: It is a way to keep track of your work with Jotform and it is expected that it remembers your last folder after logging out. So problem #1 and #2 actually are not problems, if I don't miss the point. Problem #3 is really a problem and shouldn't exist now.
