    My account has been downgraded

    I have a subsceiption with you paying $9.99 The fee was takes via PayPal on the 9th October but would appear not to have been taken on the 9th November Please advise

    PayPal has done some work on my account as I have changes my trade name with them from Warwickshire Digital Print LTd  to me as a sole trader and they assured me nothing else should have changed other payment have gone though OK and thgere was sufficent money on the 9 to more than cover your payment

    Can you help to get this sorted

    Hello Barry,

    Unfortunately your subscription payment was not successful. Your last successful subscription payment was received on October 09, 2015 and after that no subscription payment was received.
