Is it possible to create form for Registration System?

Good day, I am trying to make a 

Registration System where i can get clients to make an account able to make a user name and password. 

when they logo in i wont then to able to see my form and be able to fill them out and when they have seen what ones that have done?

Is this possible to do in Jot forms?

Unfortunately JotForm cannot be used as an authentication system or regular login form. We fo not have any "Password" field.

Though you can create a form asking for user's login detail but you should not have any password field in your form. Please be noted that we have automated anti-phishing system which keeps scanning all forms. It will be a matter of time and your account will suspended automatically.

Moreover, it is not possible to authenticate user by validating the credentials from previous submission or external source.
