Can I upload a PDF form and customize text boxes and other additions from there?

I have forms that I use already that my clients fill in by pen. I can't seem to find a place to upload my PDF files of those forms I already use. I was hoping I could upload an existing form that I use already (styled for my business) and then use your custom functions like adding text boxes so it can be filled out online vs with pen and paper.

Hi Danielle,

Unfortunately there is no tool in the Form Builder that will allow you to import your own PDF template file.

You will have to re-create the form using the Form Builder. You may use your PDF file instead as base pattern or layout.
