I'm having issues viewing my encrypted form submissions. JotForm says it has my encrypted keys on file, but I still cant view the submission. I have tried uploading two different encryption keys but neither one is working.
What can I do so that I can view the submitted form?
Thanks.

Basically, if you do not have the correct Encryption key, there is no much we can do, the data is lost forever, please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/344-What-are-Encrypted-Forms-and-how-to-use-them-as-expert
I would recommend you to disable the encryption feature, so new submission will come as normal.
If you need anything else please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.

Is there to see which encryption key is the correct one? I've tried disabling and re-enabling the encryption so that I get the encryption key pop up, but each one I have doesn't seem to work.
