Jotform Quiz form not grading properly

    Hello,

     

    I made a quiz with the jotform quiz form that supposedly tells you if you scored 100%, etc.  I took the test and selected all the correct answers, but it says I got 20%.  Here's the form if you could t ake a look, and let me know what's wrong:

    While reviewing your quiz I noticed that some CALCULATION VALUES where in correct. Could you please verify that the CALCULATION VALUE of each question is in the correct option. Once playing around with this attribute I was able to get the 100% score.

    I fixed all the values, thanks. But when I went back and took the test, I did not see a score. Nor did I see one on the submission end.

    I see that, the form which is https://form.jotform.com/53176081839967 was deleted.

    You must restore the form. At that time, We will able to check it.

    You need to add calculation widget to show the score on submission.
