Need my login/user name and password to update my form.

    Hello. My name is Gary Thomas owner of Handyman Taskforce. I had a company named Maretecture build my website and install a jotform on it. They did not include a place for customer to enter their email address. I asked them to add this and was first told that I would need to edit this myself on your site and then I explained I did not add the jotform to my website, they did. Then after some conversations they told me the tech that added it does not know the login info. So I am asking you for some help in order to edit my jotform, that I have already paid Marketure for....and am currently using on my site. Can you please help?

    Hi Gary,

    I've just visited your website and found the form-id. It seems that your form has been created under a guest account. So you don't have a username or a password. You just need to create a free account using the second email address above(info@). But it's important that you use the same email address. Once you create your account, your form will be automatically transffered. After that, you can edit your form yourself and make the necessary changes.
