Yeah that was an accident, sorry. I'm trying to find out how to close my account permanently, please. JotForm has been perfect for us but our new CMS has good enough form functionality built in that there's no need to continue.

Ok, I have canceled the subscription and this account account will be downgraded to free on Date: 2015-12-14
