How to Add a Discount for Specific Item on Payment Tools?

Simple price for 1 or 2 items

Discounted volume price for 3 or more

As far as I understand from your thread, you want to set discounted price for specific product on Paypal or other payment tools.

To do that,

After creating your items, click to next and choose the "Coupons".

On "Coupons" screen, you can set discount for specific product.

After these changes, you need to enter that coupon code to see discount.
