I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check the second email alert you have added in your form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly to send submission emails to email@example.com email address. Is this a correct email address. If yes, you may like to check your spam folder to see if the emails ended up there.
I have also cleared your form cache and sent you a test submissions. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?
