I've received two calls from customers to say that they both filled out a form and they hadn't heard back from me. I just tested one of my forms twice, the first time I did I didn't receive a response, the second time I tried I did receive a response....what am I not receiving all responses?
I'm clearly missing out on business because I am randomly receiving form enquires?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I've tried submitting your order form embedded on your webpage twice and I see that the submission is displayed in the submission data immediately. Also, I see that the email notifications are also being sent without any issue from our end.
