    Hi,

    I would like to have people buy tickets using JOTFORM and PAYPAL and upon their payment for them to receive a play ticker in their email.

    What is the best way to do that?

    If I understood you correctly you want that your users receive email with a play ticket when payment process is successfully completed by PayPal.

    You can achieve that by creating Autoresponder: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

    When you use the PayPal option within your form, after the user completed the filling process and hits submit it will be redirected to the PayPal login in order to proceed with the payment, once the payment process is successfully completed by PayPal the user will be redirected to the thank you page and will receive the mail Autoresponder. If the payment is incomplete, emails will not be sent.
