How do we downgrade our account to free plan?

    I am Executive Director of a nonprofit. We upgraded to a paid account when our usage exceeded what was allowed in the free account this month. We do not expect that level of activity again and I would like to downgrade to a free account. How do I go about doing that, please? Thanks for your help.

    If you have any issues doing so do let us know and we can do the same for you.

    In such case, you would however need to log into your account first to make such request.
