Why do sub-users have a 100 submission limit in a paid account?Asked by Erin Spink on November 16, 2015 at 02:43 PM
I have a paid account with a monthly 1,000 submission maximum and have added one sub-user. That sub-user is only showing a 100 max submission limit. Why is this?
A Sub-User account is a just like a regular account owned and maintained by other JotForm users. Any form created in the main account and shared with the sub-user from there will reflect submission limits.
Forms created in the sub-users account will not receive the reflect this limits. So you if you create a form and share it with them, it will have your account limits. If they create a form in their own account, it will not.
If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
