Need Help with Downgrade

    Hi, when I try to downgrade to the free account, I click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.  A new window pops up asking if I would like to purchase the annual Bronze plan for 50% off.  I can either choose yes, or I can choose "No, cancel my account".  I'm afraid if I click on a button that says "cancel my account" that my JotForm account will be cancelled and I will no longer be able to access my forms and form data.  I only wish to downgrade to the free account; I do not want to cancel my JotForm account.

    Please advise.  Thank you!

    You subscription has been canceled, your account will downgrade to free status on Nov 21, 2015. I you need anything else, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.
