    DateTime Field: Date Picker does not disappear after selecting a date

    Hi

    I have an online application which asks the student to submit their date of birth. http://codamountain.com/apply/summer-music-festival/application-smf/ The calendar drop-down menu doesn't disappear when the element loses focus. Thus, they can't select the next question because the calendar is blocking it. I checked another thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/233735-Date-picker-dropdown-doesn-t-go-go-away but I tried both the script version and the iframe version as well as the direct link https://form.jotform.com/53104526481147 . I also tried it on safari and chrome and it doesn't work.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

     

    I was able to replicate your issue on my cloned form. 

     

    But when I created a test form to test the Date picker, it worked properly.

     

    I will escalate this to our development team for them to check. You'll be notified here for any update.

    thanks. let me know what you find out.

    In the meantime, I might disable the pop up calendar so that we can start receiving responses.

    Hi,

    This issue has now been resolved.  Insertion conditions that first evaluated to false were throwing an error when the result field had an input mask.  This should no longer be happening. Please let us know if you continue to have problems.
