    I do not receive notification to my email address

    I do not receive notification to my email address for the three following form chichoc nous joindre, chichoc distribution pochette, chichoc commandez and yet my address is correct. I do not understand here is my email address: info@chicchocdesign.com

    Hi,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.

    Your email address, info@chicchocdesign.com is NOT in 
our bounce list.

     

    I've also checked your Mail Logs. I saw that there is no entry.

    I've cloned and tested your form with different E-mail address. At that situation, the problem was resolved on my side.

    We would appreciate it if you could try different email address for testing.

    Lastly, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):
