I checked the mail logs of your Notification email recipient (email@example.com) for your form and based on our logs the emails were sent successfully.
If you are not receiving the emails on your end, you can try to whitelist our IP addresses on your mail server. You can check the list here: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
