my account was suspended

hello, for some reason, my account was suspended and the forms I have created are not showing up in preview. also, when I try to go to the designer, the page never loads.

Your account appear to be in a good condition in our side, however, if you are creating a form to catch login credentiasl (username/password) or credit card info in plain text fields, then the system will inmediately block it.
