Is there a problem with editing forms right now? I click a form to edit and it won't open, I only get the menu bars.

I also can't get to forum from the top menu links, only the bottom.  I also can't exit my account.  Using chrome like I usually do.

I've checked your account and I can see you have not created any Form yet : 

The only Forms in your account are those shared with you : 

This could be the reason why you can not edit a Form.However, I was able to enter on edit mode of your Forms, also I was able to use the top menu links, I'm using Google Chrome.
