Recover information from deleted field

    I accidentally deleted names to the sign in sheet yesterday and would like to know if those name can be restored or restore form back to its original state before yesterday.  Could you please let me know asap because students use it to sign in and out everyday, all day long.

    You may try restoring associated field data (the field which was removed) by reverting the form to its previous version with a Revision History tool.

    However, it will not work for deleted submissions. Unfortunately, we cannot restore deleted form entries.
