Android js embed form not showing embedded form

There are 2 possible reasons for this Tony.

Looking at your website I see that you are using our default js embed code to embed your form https://form.jotformeu.com/form/53125704899363

Now what I would suggest is to use iframe embed code instead. You can see how to get it here: How to get the jotform iFrame Code

The second issue is that your website is altering the code of your website for mobile devices, so your form is there, then the script part gets removed when:

    <div class="art-responsive-embed"></div> is created.

My suggestion is to embed your form with the iframe embed method to see how it behaves then. Based on that we would be able to suggest further steps to take to resolve this.

Do let us know how it goes.

    Thanks a lot….

Partially solved using the i-frame as per your suggestion.

I tried excluding from the top of the page, but then the all page adapts to the size of the form which doesn’t adapt to different handsets.

As a consequence, at present, when the handset is on a vertical position, the form doesn’t scroll.

The dreamweaver coding solves the problem completely, but I have to make changes in the css to make it look acceptable as it changes styles, fonts and text-box formatting and size.

    Regards
    Tony

You are welcome Tony and I am glad to hear that it resolved at least part of the problem :)

Looking at it there is something on your website that calls the div mentioned previously to be created in place of the iframe code.

This seems to activate if the screen is 1000px or lower, so once you deactivate this feature your form should be shown properly.

Please do let us know Tony if there is anything that we can assist with :)
