    PayPal does not allow to pick option for credit card/paypal account

    We are having issues with paypal button our site. Does not allow for buyer
    to pick option of just using their credit card and not using and setting up
    a paypal account. PayPal says they think it is an issue with your set up.
    The Pay Pal option choice is turned on. They suggested re doing the pay pal
    link/button. Since u guys helped get it on the site in its current format
    thought u could figure this out better than me.Thank you for your help

    I've checked your JotForm and tried submitting the form. The form is redirecting to PayPal when PayPal option is selected. However, it is redirected to a sandbox mode PayPal site.

     

    It seems that sandbox mode is enabled on PayPal field in your form. Please disable this option so that it should redirect to the PayPal website normally.

    Think that id it. When u guys helped building the payment option, u sent the form with Sandbox enabled so I left it. My mistake. Will let u know it its completely fixed
