    we want our online form to updated like this with the new logo, can you help me??  And there were a few other issues with the old form.  Thank you

    Hi Sarah,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Follow these steps to add a logo to your form :

    1. Got to Form Tools and then drag and drop the Image field :

    2. Once the field is added, a popup window will appear, there you can select how would you like to upload the image :
